HOUSE RULES • Pets are welcome! Please let us know if you are bringing your furry companions so we can best prepare for your arrival. We ask that pets be housebroken, kept under control, and that owners pick up after them at all times. • Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Please step outside if you wish to smoke. Violations will result in a significant additional cleaning fee. • No events or parties allowed on the property at any time. • Children and infants (under 2) are welcome. Please supervise children for their safety and ensure original features and furnishings are treated with care. • Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00pm (22:00) to 6:00am (06:00). Please respect our neighbors – keep noise to a minimum both inside and outside during these times. • Only the guests listed in your reservation are permitted on the property unless pre-approved by your host. • Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee; please contact us in advance. • Check-out time is 10:00am. Please have all guests and belongings removed by this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next arrival. Late check-out may incur a fee and must be arranged in advance. • Dishes and cookware are provided for your use. We kindly ask that you tidy up before departure. If you're unable to do dishes, that's alright – we’re happy to take care of any left. • Lights and heating/cooling: Please turn off all lights, AC, and heating when leaving the property each day and at check-out. • Please be respectful of all linens and towels. Products such as makeup and tanning lotions can stain or discolor them. Any damage may result in a fee. • Please leave used beds unmade at check-out and start a load of towels if you have time. Laundry pods are provided. • Parking: Use the spaces provided and avoid parking on the grass. • Report any damage or issues upon arrival or as soon as they occur so we can address them promptly. • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. • Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. If you leave something behind, please contact us to arrange a return shipment. • Please treat the home, grounds, and neighbors with care and respect at all times; violations may result in additional fees or eviction without refund.
