Whistling Trees is a ritzy 3bed/2.5bath townhouse, perfect place for you and your family to relax and make memories. Comfy spacious sitting, clean, comfy beds. Enjoy our coffee bar! We have a Keurig for both K-cups & ground coffee. Wake up to the sound of the birds chirping, watch the sunrise on the back deck with your steaming beverage and unwind at day's end with a movie on our state of the art Samsung Frame TV. We offer free fast WiFi. Sleeps 6 but can sleep 8 on request. Events on request.

Whistling Trees is in a suburb of Waco. Shopping and food is about 8 minutes away on Hewitt Drive. Home is over 1800 square feet so you'll have plenty of space. Kitchen is equipped. Full laundry washer and dryer in the closet in the half bath downstairs. Garage is for owner use only. Property is a townhouse with a shared wall but well insulated to prevent noise transfer. A seasonal creek flows sometimes at the back of the property so be mindful- Quiet country setting but good access to main roads and Waco.

Event's allowed by request only. Be mindful, we are in Texas so there are critters in the creek and wooded area, dress accordingly. Bugs are also common - keep doors closed after entry or exit. Please request before making fire in fireplace in the house. No firewood provided- we normally forage for wood. Please request before making fire in the fire pit outdoors due to ensure there are no burn bans which are common in the dry season.
